The game was bugged, preventing the player from getting items.
Sorry if when playing you got confused.

This is now fixed!

After using the reveal melody, you will get 2 items or more. When you do, click on the gauges to open/close the inventory and
hold on the items to absorb their "nutrients" and increase (or decrease) hunger and pleasure.
